For John F Hunt, we carried out a Material Reclamation Audit, developed a Material Tracking Dashboard, and facilitated brokering for Hadley Property Group's GSK Brentford project at 980 Great West Road.

We delivered a Material Reclamation Audit for Related Argent at Coal Drops Yard, King’s Cross, achieving 91% reuse of identified assets from a former hospitality venue. The project saved 8,441 tCO₂e of embodied carbon.

A Material Reclamation Audit (MRA) was conducted by Material Index at DUKES Hotel located in St James’ Mayfair, prior to its refurbishment. Instructed by the DML Group, MI made a saving of approximately 182 tonnes CO2e at this iconic 90 key hotel.
