A Pre-Refurbishment Audit for AXA Investment Managers covering the 325 flats in Phase 3 of the Dolphin Square estate.
Material Index worked with Mailen Design on behalf of AXA Investment Managers to prepare a Pre-Refurbishment Audit of Phase 3 of Dolphin Square, the 1930s residential estate in Pimlico. Phase 3 covers the retrofit of 325 apartments across Howard, Nelson, Hawkins and Raleigh houses, with all internal walls rebuilt and all windows replaced. We audited a sample of 31 vacant flats to identify reuse opportunities in M&E, interior finishes, fixtures and fittings, supporting the scheme's BREEAM and WELL credits.
