The redevelopment of the Peninsular House office building in the City of London saw Material Index carry out a Material Reclamation Audit across all 11,401 m2, followed by brokering of the assets it identified: raised access floor tiles, air conditioning, hand dryers, lighting, sanitaryware and bike racks. We worked closely with the strip-out contractor on site to coordinate collections through our trade partner network, reusing 9,326 assets and saving 612 kg CO2e.
