20 Triton Street.

A Material Reclamation Audit and Materials Passport for British Land at 20 Triton Street, Regent's Place.

20 Triton Street is a large 2009 commercial building on British Land's Regent's Place campus, at the edge of the Knowledge Quarter, with generous floorplates, a double-height atrium and retail at ground level. Ahead of its refurbishment and partial reconfiguration, Material Index carried out a Material Reclamation Audit: British Land identified items for reuse on site, and Material Index brokered others for reuse off site during the strip-out. Material Index then prepared a Materials Passport of the new fit-out, an inventory of its assets including related structural elements and MEP services, held on the Material Index platform for the building's whole life.

It helps to include:

  • The site address and approximate floor area (GIA)
  • The audit you need, or the planning, BREEAM or GLA requirement it is for
  • Your programme: when you need the report, and when strip-out or demolition starts
  • Any drawings, asbestos surveys or previous audits of the building

We have completed over 250 audits across the UK, to BREEAM, GLA and LEED requirements. We aim to respond the same day, or within 24 hours, and can be on site within 5 days.
