A Pre-Deconstruction Audit for Related Argent of a Barnet primary school, ahead of its replacement under the Brent Cross South Masterplan.
Material Index carried out a Pre-Deconstruction Audit of Claremont Primary School in the London Borough of Barnet for Related Argent. The school, with a 1930s Infant School, a 1960s Junior School and a number of pavilions and modular classrooms, forms part of the Brent Cross South Masterplan and is proposed for full demolition to make way for a new school. The audit identified reuse opportunities including the pavilions, modular classroom blocks, timber floors and kitchen equipment, along with on-site recycling of brick and concrete as aggregate.
