Material Index prepared a Pre-Demolition Audit for Archus of Llantrisant Health Park in Talbot Green, the former British Airways Avionics Engineering site. The audit covered three two-storey, steel-framed buildings totalling approximately 12,570 m², ahead of their complete demolition. It identified opportunities to reuse the structural steel beams and columns and to recycle concrete on site, alongside off-site reuse of carpet tiles, appliances, joinery and sanitaryware.
