Within British Land's mixed-use 1 Broadgate redevelopment, JLL has taken three floors as its new UK flagship headquarters. Material Index supplied 139 reclaimed track spotlights from Swindon Orbital Retail Park, working with Overbury and its subcontractor PIP M&E. The lights were stored with trade partners for two months and refurbished, including repainting, before installation, with warranties included, saving 77% against the price of new.
