Material Index prepared a Resources Inventory of 2 Kingdom Street, an office building around an 11-storey glazed atrium on British Land's Paddington Central campus, in line with BREEAM In-Use RSC 03. It records the building's principal finishes, fittings and fixtures with their estimated current market value, maintenance guidance and reuse pathways, and stays live on the Material Index platform.
