It is targeting a BREEAM Outstanding rating and NABERS Design for Performance 5 stars. Overbury is delivering the fit-out, and Material Index provided circular procurement for its site set-up: 1,683 reclaimed units across a 4,600 m2 site, saving 63% against the price of new and 18,547 kg CO2e against specifying new.
