Two-flight internal staircase constructed from welded steel stringers and steel tread pans with timber tread inserts. Includes a glazed balustrade system with clear glass infill panels held by metal posts/clamps and a metal handrail following the pitch. Finish appears painted/coated to the steel; visible site wear, dust and minor surface marking consistent with refurbishment conditions.
