Material Index was appointed by Overbury Plc to procure affordable, sustainable site set-up materials across high-profile London fit-outs, including 1 Broadgate, 10 Coleman Street and 76 Southbank. Secondary carpet tiles, salvaged lockers, used desks and high-spec chairs furnished the site offices while protecting project margins.

8build's site set-up office was fitted out entirely from our reclaimed marketplace: secondary carpet tiles, second-hand desks and pedestals, salvaged storage and pre-owned fridges. The project avoided the embodied carbon of new furniture and mobilised faster from stock that was ready to go.
